Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@ameinonhaircare.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
